Breakfast Wednesday!

1 pkg low sugar instant Quaker maple and brown sugar plus 2 clementines. And coffee. 3 points! I don't eat too much for breakfast so I get some savings for this meal. Oh and clementines are like oranges but easier to peel!!

Dinner - Same as lunch

So I am not going to post a picture. I had intended to make another new recipe but got too busy with work! Booo. I stayed within my points today, but am going to drink a little tonight, so keep your fingers crossed that I don't break into the Ritz crackers.

I need to get my cardio in before I drink though. Another booo...........

Ate at hospital cafeteria BAD IDEA

Food was healthy but tasted like crap.
I had:
One tiny hockey puck piece of grilled chicken - very dry! = 3 points
1 cup collard greens (but they had bacon so I'm gonna give it 2 points)
2 servings of mixed root vegetables = says zero

BLEAHHHHHH.

Tonight will do better with flavors.

Lesson learned: take yur lunch.

This was breakfast.
Coffee & 1 tbsp heavy cream
Hardboiled egg
1/2 cup cottage cheese with Truvia & cinnamon.
This tiny breakfast = 11 points!!! Crap!

And so it begins!

Low sugar Quaker Instant Oatmeal, fruit and low fat cottage cheese! Total - 5 points!!
